We get personal information directly from you.

How long we keep information

We only keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and operational obligations.

Photobooth images

Photos taken using our photobooth are uploaded securely and made available digitally via a private access link provided at the time of capture. Images are stored securely for up to 31 days from the date they are taken, after which they are permanently and automatically deleted from our systems and storage providers.

You may request deletion earlier by contacting us.

Digital photo access

Digital versions of photobooth images are accessed using a secure, time-limited link. These links are designed so that only individuals in possession of the link can view or download the images. Access links expire automatically and cannot be regenerated once the storage period has elapsed.

Photos shared to social media

If you provide consent to share your photos on social media, these photos may be posted to our social media accounts. Such photos may remain publicly available until you withdraw consent or request removal.

Consent records

Records of consent for social media sharing are kept for as long as the relevant photo is publicly available or until you withdraw your consent.

System/application logs

System and application logs necessary for security monitoring, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and audit purposes may contain limited technical or transactional information. Logs are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain system security and integrity. Where logs contain personal data, access is restricted and safeguarded in accordance with our security policies.
